Communications

The development of a design that is focussed on the client’s needs and exceeds design aspirations for the project is one of the key areas that the architect must manage. Communication at all levels is central to the realization of a successful project. This covers the spoken word and aspiration of the client, the written word, and most importantly the images and drawings since we are dealing with design ideas and real visual concepts. Imagery allows us to effectively involve each client in the decision process and empowers them to evaluate the merit of various options that are proposed.

These images start in conceptual form and, after client approval, move into more finite resolution of what the building will be.

HIP has developed very compelling 3D computer rendering which can conceptually or realistically define the look and design quality of the project for the client and his users. These images form a seamless basis for our construction drawings.
